Prospect Health Living Care is a family-run care provider, offering specialised care services including 24 hour care, home care, dementia care, domestic cleaning and much more. Prospect Health Living Care aims to provide the most suitable care for the individual and, should the requirements change, tailor the care provided. Prospect Health Living Care is responsible for delivering major contracts for a number of large public sector organisations, as well as delivering care services to a large and growing number of self-funding clients. We aim to tailor our care to suit the individual user’s needs and make adjustments as their requirements change over time.

We provide care in the comfort of your own home and support you with your daily living activities.
Call in Service
We make scheduled visits to clients to provide reassurance, ensure safety, and monitor the clients health and well-being.
Palliative Care
Our aim is to provide comfort and support to patients and their families, while helping them maintain their dignity and quality of life.
Medication Assistance
Our trained staff help with medication reminders to ensure clients do not miss any of their medication. We also assist with medicine administration.
Personal Care Services
We assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Cleaning Service
We assist with keeping homes clean and tidy. We provide tailored solutions that are specific to each client's needs and preferences.
Dementia
We aim to provide a supportive and safe environment that promotes quality of life for people with dementia and their families.

Throughout South Yorkshire and the North of England, Prospect Health Living Care supplies healthcare workers, qualified nurses and support workers to the NHS, residential care homes, nursing homes, hospices, supported living and domiciliary care at short notice. Our healthcare personnel are highly skilled, caring, and compassionate, and have been thoroughly vetted, trained, and updated on current health guidelines.
